一、备课的经验
1、备课时要对三套不同的教材来回比较，从而选择确定一种较适合学生的教学内容和方法。70%左右要紧扣正在使用的教材，30%左右要纵横渗透，综合整合，作相关发挥。
2、在假期中把新学期的课完全备好，包括各次考试的题目，要有一个整体的备课框架，然后才上课。最好的教学策略是按照“整体→部分→整体”进行教学。
3、备课要掌握教材的整体结构，要深入了解学生的现状与需求。广泛搜集相关资料，合理取舍讲课的内容。只能讲授学生可能懂的内容，不能讲授学生无法理解的内容
